so...i gave myself a challenge in my post yesterday. to do both sets of triangle pose (trikanasana) today. and i did it!! not only that, i did all the poses. and my knee doesn't hurt at all anymore. here is the posture...and to be honest, i do not get fully into it, but come on...it's only been 3 weeks!
but i had a really strong class this morning, overall.
